Improve the explanation of licenses usage

Description

As stated in our documentation:

Wazuh is free and open source. Its components abide by the GNU General Public License, version 2, and the Apache License, Version 2.0 (ALv2).

It doesn't really explain which components follow each license (GLP and Apache).

it is necessary to detail this better. Wazuh mostly adopts GLPv2 license but there are some components that adopt Apache v2.0, for example:

• Some dependencies listed here.
• Filebeat.
• Indexer.
• Dashboard.

Please, review every component and update the documentation accordingly.
