Install "Weston" on WSL2 using "sudo apt install weston". Then open Weston from WSL2 terminal then click on the terminal icon in Weston compositor and start Waydroid from there. Worked for me when using Waydroid on WSL2, but beware of performance as Bluestacks was 2x faster than Waydroid on WSL2.

Still spits out OSError, Weston is at latest version.
