We've seen some of the guilds struggle in the past when it comes to implement naming and report conventions. So, to make sure all reports align we'll start to use github actions. Also as a part to

The following rules should apply whenever a PR is created using github actions.

  • report file naming convention regex: /2023-\d\d\.md/g
  • allow only file size < 100kb
  • forked repo shall be up-to-date before PR is created
