Heading are incorrects. The article headings (h3) don't show up in the saved articles, but the links to other articles (h2) are shown as title sections.
I don't fully understand your issue. I don't even see any h3 headings in original source except for related articles in the footer area, which are not fetched. The H2 subheadings are fetched with current wallbag. Unfortunately not with app.wallabag.it, which is 3 releases behind.
But there are new in-article-teasers for more or less related articles. I'll try to get them removed soon.
OK, after inspecting the site, I found out that the class-name 'list-link-internal' for LI elements are injected by JavaScript, so I can't use them as selecors for the in-article related-article links. And I don't want to generally strip: //div[@class='article-content']/ul which might also strip regular text lists. As these links seems to be really related, I would let them in.
However, when using Wallabagger the related articles are already stripped by class-name
So I consider this issue as solved. Anybody an idea, when app.wallabag.it might get an update?
