Describe the solution you'd like

• Storing and browsing editions, linked articles with the same URL.
• At this time not requesting diffing. I can do it myself.
• Triggering a massive (soon 5-figure count) re-fetch on all articles would be nice, but a) I can check for changes on articles I know might change myself, and b) This will probably be very noisy, assuming diffs are brought up.

Add a custom ID part to the URL, for example https://itvision.altervista.org/why.linux.is.not.ready.for.the.desktop.current.html#2023
