Issue description

Describe your problem

I am looking for an option to provide a 'label' for base backup which I could use for PITR

Please provide steps to reproduce

WALG_RECOVERY_NAME=my-name wal-g backup-push $PGDATA
WALG_RECOVERY_NAME=my-name wal-g backup-fetch

Hi! Currently, WAL-G uses a backup name as a backup label so you should be able to specify its name in recovery.conf file.

Is somewhere a documentation with a description how to do that?
