On the home page of wagtail website there is massive white space and that space is captured by <video> tag #365

when we visit wagtail's home page https://wagtail.org/ and we scroll a little then there is a huge white space in between, and after inspecting it I found out that there is a <video> tag and somehow the video inside of it is not visible.

Could you open the browser's DevTools and see if there are any errors?
