Agreeing on meaning of authors and editors

In the TD Call of 13.12, we discussed the roles of editors and authors (and other relevant fields). Since we have many documents like the Technical Report but also everything served under the resources (Ontologies, SHACL shapes, JSON Schemas) we should agree on their authors/editors.

Some useful links:

• Every specification will likely have editors (at least one) and/or authors. It is left to users or standards organizations to differentiate between editors and authors (e.g., from W3C, what does an editor do?).

Initial discussion is pointing to saying that:

• Editor: responsible for the whole document. Should be aligned well with TF-leads
• Author: people who contribute to specific sections of the document.

We will decide later on when everyone has time to read.
