Currently, we are mixing events from W3C (like TPAC), from WG/IG (testfest, plugfest, F2F) and events that the WoT is present at (Node.js Summit, ITU-T Webinar etc.). We can either create different lists or put badges next to events like "member-only", "external" etc.

Call of 11.04:

  • Simple two categories: W3C and non-W3C. Then we can further categorize like workshops, conferences
  • Intentions:
    • We should show that W3C is "the place" where standardization is happening. These are TPAC, F2F, testfest/plugfest.
    • We should show that events happen where WoT is taking place. This should give the impression of abundance and give people the feeling that there are events "all the time".
  • We should have a naming convention
  • We should not crowd the page too much, making it difficult for the visitor to understand what is happening. We should decide whether we highlight some selected events or put all them here. In any case, we should gather all the events so far.
