Listing the remaining tasks of the Marketing TF

We have achieved quite a lot of work done in the marketing TF over the last 3 years. It would be better to identify our remaining tasks and assess the amount or frequency of meetings needed.

Some points from the call of 08.11.2022:

• Website maintenance (ongoing work)
• Integrating explainers of WG reports (one-time work per publication). This is simply linking to them.
• 2 PRs from Ege about the articles page and the developers page
• Improving the documentation page
• Reaching out to people/countries based on the analytics results
