"Understanding and Involving Users" contents -- Move to Foundation Modules

As per EOWG minutes 11 June and Curricula TF minutes 15 June.

• Contents on proposed "Understanding and Involving Users" will be moved to Foundation modules. See Straw proposal
• It is not decided yet if these contents would be included in a separate module or if they would be included as topics of the existing Foundation Modules.
• Curricula TF proposes to continue work on the designer modules and, before publishing those, addressing these additions to the foundation modules.
