The structure and form of this content is generally extremely complex with a high reading age based on the various readability metrics.

Ideally a plain English editorial sweep should be considered to significantly simplify the language.

Note: I have flagged this as High but I don't think if should block release.

Do you mean the whole resource or what you have reviewed so far? Is it the structure that needs to be simplified? The wording? The concepts we use?

Sorry, I think it is more the wording and sentence structure than anything. I am finding that there is a lot of involved language and complex sentences that could be simplified.
