Under '1.3 Collaboration tools and accessibility', at the end of the "Due to the cognitive demands ..." paragraph, add the following sentence:

For example, tools must not disrupt typical behaviors or processes. Example: right click is used by some people to fix spelling. This should not launch an unfamiliar action or function.
