The dynamic colors are not working correctly.

How to understand this and why it does not work my system: android 14 and one UI 6.1 device samsung s22 ultra, on my tablet s6 lite with one UI 5.1.1 no such problems. P. S for both situations launcher is Nova.

I'm not sure, I've never used one UI or Nova launcher. What's the precise problem with the dynamic widget colors, don't they change at all with respect to your device colors or are they just incorrect (like in this case blueish instead of green)? Also, have you found this issue on other non-google widgets too, or does it just occur on the WiFi widget?
