This problem is seen on latest ungoogled chromium on windows and kiwi browser on android.

For example, you can test the following website:

As long as the user-agent is changed, when the visited website has cloudflare's security detection enabled, the website will be loaded in a loop and cannot be entered. This seems to only happen for UA on Windows browsers. UA on some devices can pass security detection.
Below is an example website

Also I want to be able to save multiple customizations,
Facilitates quick switching of saved items in the Location Data and User Agent windows
