Add griznog --decide

Per request from the many fans, we'd like to add a "griznog decides" feature, meaning that it will work similar to how you'd imagine a crystal ball:

Note that this issue does not have a time constraint, @griznog will take all the time that he needs, and we have the issue only to not lose the list / idea in email / other threads!
