[METADATA] versions and required for testing

What metadata should we require the user to provide for the apps via labels? Also, what should be the standard / approach for deployment (e.g., right now I am deploying to latest, and I would want to add a particular tag coinciding with something about the build or software). We may want to add a filter to the config.yml to only deploy for particular cases too. :)
