pyinquirer 1.0.3 requires prompt_toolkit==1.0.14, but you have prompt-toolkit 3.0.28 which is incompatible #201

I don't think this should cause any issues -- are you able to run vpython sample programs after installing?

I was hoping @RomanADavis could let us know whether anything vpython works. The newest pip releases attempt to do dependency resolution, and I don't think all the problems with it have been worked out yet.
