apache doesn't restart on an update to puppetboard #378

Affected Puppet, Ruby, OS and module versions/distributions

  • Puppet: OpenSource 7.21.0
  • Ruby: 2.7.0
  • Distribution: RHEL 8.7
  • Module version: 9.0.0

How to reproduce (e.g Puppet code you use)

Succesfully running puppetboard 4.2.5 on python 3.9.13 on RHEL 8.
Modify puppetboard_version to 4.2.6

What are you seeing

puppet agent succesfully installs 4.2.6 using pip but fails to restart http. Interface still shows 4.2.5 until httpd is restarted

What behaviour did you expect instead

Update to puppetboard forces httpd service restart
