TIP: jenkings_job resource - avoid constantly puppet modifiction on every run

Noticed the following when using the jenkins_job native resource loading the xml definition form a template :

• Use double quotes
• first line looks like :
• save the template without a NewLine character at he end. In vi : use :set noendofline binary before writing the file.
