This commit adds documentation of the three admonition shortcodes available in Educates (note, warning, danger) to the docs at workshop-content/workshop-instructions. Resolves: vmware-tanzu-labs#335
This commit adds the necessary `make` commands to build+preview the documentation locally.

This PR adds documentation of the three admonition shortcodes available in Educates (note, warning, danger) to the docs at workshop-content/workshop-instructions.
It also adds a short paragraph to the developer docs explaining how to preview and build the docs locally.
