Add sexurity_group section directly in OrgConfig.yml

Hello

WE have replace Terraform by cf-mgmt. Thé way WE mange sécurity groups in our company is directly in org. The security group is then propagated in each Space of the org.

We want the possibility to set security group in OrgConfig.yml file.

Is there a version of cf-mgmt which already fix this feature ? Or, do you plan to add this feature in the next versions ?
