Is this a property (see SWO for something similar for associating software programs with software languages), or is it a quality of the the information content entity?

That is, a ball is "red." Red is a color. The color inheres in the ball. The ball is a bearer of the color quality. The color depends on the ball. Quality is a specific dependent continuant. The quality does not exist unless it is exhibited in some entity.

This may describe the association between an information content entity and a language. When we say "this book is written in english," perhaps we are saying that the book has a quality "written in english".

What are the consequences of describing the language of a work as a quality of the work?
