Baseline Grid

I am not sure if there already is a way to get a baseline grid for multi-column layouts.
I would love to see support for this in Vivliostyle, like it is possible with Antennahouse or PDFReactor.

Currently we have no plan to support the baseline grid feature, but we welcome contributions.

Great. I could fancy working on this once I have some free time. You would need to give me some rough architectural hints on where and how to add this to the vivliostyle code base.
