Vivliostyle Pub の「Install GitHub Apps」ボタンから GitHub App (vivliostyle-pub-dev) の Repository access の設定をして「Save」ボタンをクリックすると、404 Page not found ページになります。

設定自体はできており、Vivliostyle Pub のタブに戻って、🔄 （リフレッシュ）ボタンをクリックすると、 Repository access で設定したリポジトリ名が表示され、動作に問題はありません。
