最近 core に追加された CSS Paged Media の機能などをメインに使ったサンプル、または theme がほしい。CSS Paged Media だけではなく、たとえば自動生成ではなくオリジナルで目次を作る方法など、細かい用途に合わせた例をどこかにまとめたい
