Docker Deployment

When I try to build with Docker I get the following issue

ERROR: Could not build wheels for gevent which use PEP 517 and cannot be installed directly
ERROR: Service 'worker' failed to build: The command '/bin/sh -c pip install --no-cache-dir -r /requirements/production.txt && rm -rf /requirements' returned a non-zero code: 1

I am on Ubuntu 18.04.
