[Feature Request] Unfollow a contact

Option 8 on the Social Network menu currently lets us follow new contacts by Username or Pubkey. It would be also nice to add the unfollow option based on the user input parameters.

Todo: Follow and unfollow ideally should both be there when you look up a profile.

0. Fetch their kind 0, kind 1, and few recent posts
1. Follow/unfollow
2. Send DM - kind 4
3. Enter private chat (kind 14x)
4. Fetch kind 0 and kind 3 of their follows
5. Follow all their mutual-follows
6. Follow all their follows

I think those options look good to me.
