In my React GIS app, I dynamically create layers using MVT points. From the user's perspective, when they create two layers and perform a filter on each one, the currently filtered point layer moves to the first position in the layer order of the layers array in Deck.gl. This ensures that the points are highlighted in the viewport.
I filter the points by adjusting the getFillColor and getLineColor properties to use a transparent color. This makes the points appear as if they are not present in the UI, while in reality, they are still there, just with reduced transparency.
The issue arises when the user creates another filter. At this point, only the points from the currently filtering layer are visible in the viewport, and some points from the previous layer may render sporadically.
So, my question is whether the collision filter extension works based on the transparency of points or the visibility of points.
Note: "transparency" refers to the properties getFillColor and getLineColor, while "visibility" refers to the visible prop.
