Hi !
From the docs and other discussion, I have understand than you can apply, in an orthographic view, an affine transformation to a layer with the modelMatrix properties. Thanks to that feature you can project to screen a dataset in any crs.
Now, let’s say I have a geojson of world countries in WGS84 that I want to show in an orthographic view with a Robinson projection. modelMatrix won’t be enough here. Normally I should have to project my geojson outside Deck and probably with an intensive CPU calculation OR maybe there is a way to project my geojson inside Deck with the GPU...
If I dispose of the Robinson projection formula in GLSL, what would be the Deck way of use it with an orthographic view ?
Any advice that puts me on the right track would be much appreciated !
