How to style TileLayer when we use openstreet map ?

I am asking how can i add style to TileLayer if the data is openstreet map ?

new TileLayer({
     data: 'https://c.tile.openstreetmap.org/{z}/{x}/{y}.png',
     tileSize: 1024,
     minZoom: 0,
     id: 'OSM',
     maxZoom: 19, // tiles for zoom level 20+ do not exist on OSM
