Current view
Procedures
Show zero transfused
Show individual patient data

Don't allow users to:
Create new graphs etc,

Currently only the user control top bar is changed when it is in the preview mode.
Potentially there are other changes we want to make in the potential report.

We'll need to make sure that there are no security vulnerabilities here (with changing chart options, etc.)
