I didn't realize this before, but we should add a few other lab values to "value to show" dropdown when dumbbell chart is selected. Right now it is just hemoglobin. Can we add pre and post operative platelet count, INR, and fibrinogen level? The latter two may not always be available at those exact times.
Just a note: there is another test called ROTEM that people are using more and more to assess coagulation and make transfusion decisions. But ROTEM results are super complicated. It might work, but I need to think about the best/simplest way to do it.
Actually if I talk to our cardiac surgeons/anesthesiologists, they likely have a pretty standard approach to ROTEM...I can check
