Show logs for terminated Pods

Currently for terminated pods we cannot see the logs because the aci connector tries to attach to the streaming logs.

Explain why azure-aci Plugin needs it
So that we can troubleshoot failed containers

Output the logs from the terminated container

@alexjebens Would you please elaborate more? There is no way to retrieve the logs for the terminated pods as the ACI instance will be deleted already.

Pods created by cronjobs are currently not deleted. Additionally cronjobs can be configured with how many succeeded and failed pods to retain.

The ACIs I mean are still there in my version 1.4.5
