avijitcvasu changed the title ~~Visualization of data in two possible ways:~~ Visualisation of AMR data: One way- separating all the farms based on presence and absence of specific class of antimicrobials. And then plotting the trend of difference between treatment vs control for all the ARGs of that class collectively. We decided to check it for all all classes of antimicrobials for all farms with or without use.
