Sample rate detection not working with Audirvana #121

I am feeding output from Audirvana to blackhole on my Mac. Losslessswitcher (set to output device: blackhole) does not detect when the sample rate is changed. Losslessswitcher works correctly with Apple Music. Any solution will be appreciated.

My system is M1 Max MacBook Pro running MacOS Venture 13.5.

Sorry, just noticed that this program is only meant to work with Apple Music, and not with any other audio app. So, my renewed question would be, is it possible to make the sample rate switching work with other audio apps as well? Thank you.
