How to add custom keywords which need to be highlighed in markdown file

You should ask on https://vi.stackexchange.com or a similar location. There shouldn't be anything unique to this plugin for this question, you just want to add your own highlighting on top of something provided by a syntax plugin. The answer will apply to almost any syntax plugin or keywords.
