I am guessing https://vimawesome.com/plugin/helm is not meant to be there.

Looks like this is because @achauve is using sub modules for both vim plugins (pathogen) and emacs plugins: https://github.com/achauve/dotfiles/blob/7500868efb0c5bff36d1caea42cd40ff5de13550/.gitmodules

I'll look into what if anything we can do to be smarter about how we interpret submodules.
