Menu arrow unclickable via touchscreen

In the image on #263 (comment) I found on a Chromebook, just using my fingers on the touchscreen, the only thing that didn't work was tapping that Up Arrow there on the top to see the rest of the choices.

Maybe because an average finger is too big to hit the arrow. I don't know. Anyway I had to give up with using my fingers at that point and use the trackpad to put the pointer on that arrow and then click.
