Is it possible to make the cursor 'wraps around' the list of files when navigating with j/k keys? Like, when the cursor is on last file and I press 'j' the cursor would go to the first file; And the same for the 'k' key on the first file, going to the last one.

I don't know if it's a feature request or if it's possible to work this around with some kind of mapping... But I could not solve it.

Nothing builtin for this and I can't think of a workaround.

You didn't specify if you'd like to have this in the main navigation only or also in menus and dialogs (e.g. :file, cp).

I believe he did in 'wraps around' the list of files, but adding an option specifically for that seems restricting and will only add to 'wrap' and 'wrapscan'. Maybe something like set wrapoptions=filelist, which can be extended in the future to cover more cases.
