I'm used to right-clicking on links to open them in a new tab. I would like that to work in Bonjourr too. It will improve UX (for me, at least) and prevent me from accidentally accessing the "edit Quick Link" UI.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option that allows right-clicking on Quick Links to open them in a new tab. Shift+right-click could be used to edit links when this option is enabled.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Silently weeping into my pillow.

Links are now standard HTML tags and share the same behavior as any other links. So shift + click or middle click opens in new tab. "Edit" is right click to resemble opening a context menu. I don't think we'll be changing that behavior since it is how the majority uses links !
Where do you use right click to open in new tab ? Does it switch to the new tab or opens in the background ?
It allows using the right-click action to open links in new tabs. Personally, I find it invaluable... once you get used to it, you never look back! It's an incredible time-saver.
For security reasons, Mozilla does not allow one extension to interact on a page generated by another extension, thus Right Links WE will not work on the Bonjourr extension's page. There's actually a way around this by changing some settings, but its not recommended for security reasons. This is why I hopeful you can implement it as an option.
Not being able to use an extension with another can be frustrating I agree...
Unfortunatly I don't think we'll add this feature to Bonjourr anytime soon, because we have features and improvements with a higher priority in the Todo list. We'll consider it though !
