Contributing to a Project

To add a new project to the collection, please ensure they meet the following requirements arranged in order of importance

  1. The project must be made in Ghana, so you should be a Ghanian or have lived in Ghana.

  2. The project must be open source on GitHub.

  3. The project must have global use - meaning it's not made just for use by Ghanians and there really is no geographical limitation for anyone that may be interested in using this project.

  4. The project should have at least 3 stars. This is to serve as a way to determine that people actually have a use for the project and it does what it says it does.

  5. The project should not be a listicle (a list of some sort).

  6. Ensure to provide Twitter and LinkedIn url of the creator of the project outside GitHub.

  7. Try to add the project to it's appropriate alphabetical location.

  8. STAR this project

If you have checked all these boxes, Fork the Repository here and then add your project in the readme file here and then submit a Pull Request. After review, your PR will be merged in approximately 24 - 48 hours.

More requirements may be added as time goes on....
