When i understand it correctly you should be able to download the music to your local libraries if you push the three dots on the right side of the screen when you opened a song under "manage libraries", but i cannot choose this option on my phone.
Also the app asks me under sd card permisson, to choose the root folder of the sd card. But i dont have an sd card, only my internal storage. Also i cannot choose the root folder of my phone in android 11 for privacy reasons.

Hi,
You can't download music from Deezer/Spotify to your phone using Blade, for two reasons :

  • That would be completely illegal, for you and for me as the app developer
  • They obviously don't provide any way of doing that
"Manage libraries" is supposed to be used in two ways :
  • See where you have the song in your library (in Spotify library, Deezer library, and/or local) and remove it from there
  • Try to add a song from Library 1 (let's say Deezer or Local) to Online Library 2 (let's say Spotify). In order to do that, Blade will search for a song with same name by same artist on Spotify, and if it finds one, will add it to your Spotify library

About the SD Card permissions, that was an attempt i made with older versions of Android where you have to get special permissions to access songs tags on an SD Card in order to change them (for the tag editor feature). You shouldn't worry about it, in fact, in your Android version, it doesn't actually do anything i think.

but i cannot choose this option on my phone.

Do you mean the "manage libraries" option, or switch the "local library" button to on ? As the first one is an issue, the later is expected behavior, as i explained earlier.
