[Request] 24-bit and 32-bit audio output for foobar2000.

So, I have some 24-bit Little Endian PCM tracks with loop points.
Now, I want to convert those WAVs to FLAC with loops and fade like in the foobar2000 vgmstream plugin.
Unfortunately, even 24-bit Little Endian PCM audio files only come out as 16-bit output, when I am converting them to FLAC with the looping.

I hope vgmstream can add 24-bit and maybe even 32-bit output as options or maybe even as something automatic depending on the audio file.

Not possible ATM but maybe in the future.
