Hello! I'm new to vgmstream, so I hope this hasn't already been submitted,

I and several people have been trying to rip the Bayonetta 3 OST, and it's mostly done at this point. Ripping the audio files produces wem audio files and some txtp files for the songs that use several tracks. Throwing them into foobar with vgmstream works great.
However, there remains one nagging issue where the audio skips a little bit when a vocal track comes on. Apparently, "Some Wwise loops work by playing a .wem, then when song is ending playing the same (or other) .wem on top, creating an overlapped transition." You can hear it below on the track "BGM_gallery_bt_moon_play" right near the beginning, for example. (the original for comparison: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qF9erX23Kn8)

You can download the files here, comes with notes: (hopefully it's fine to post this link here)

Thanks!

This is a known issue, but hard to add/fix due to various circumstances, so it'll take a (long) while still.

Note that wwiser (tool that made those .txtp) will need to be updated and .txtp re-generated as well.

One could manually simulate those overlaps using the "layered" TXTP mode, but involves time-consuming fiddling and a good understanding of TXTP and Wwise.

I had assumed that the issue might be solved by forcing all layers to play simultaneously, but your answer seems to suggest that that's not the case here. Thanks for the answer!
