vercel alias no longer works after personal account update

Question

My personal account was updated to a "new free team", this was done automatically it seems.

When I try to run it with a token
vercel alias set example.vercel.app my.example.com --token {token} --scope="my-project"

I get the following error:
You don't have access to the domain my.example.com under my-project.
