Wrong button state is displayed when a "Update" is clicked without selecting any GIST #818

Should it create a new file? Or raise an error? I think the input shouldn't even be usable until the user selected an existing gist.

One more thing that i think is wrong is that even if we select a gist to update there is no feedback about whether the gist was updated or not the button keeps on saying "Updating" and not even returns to the "Update" state once updating is initiated

Oh weird. I remember it working before.
