Thank you all for offering such a multi-purpose tool. However, I recently faced a problem that seems because vcflib doesn't support csi index of vcf.
As this issue mentioned, I failed to conduct pangenomics using VG package which uses vcflib to Implement some functions. The contributor of vg said the reason I failed is that vcflib (so vg) doesn't support csi index. My research organism has a huge genome and thus it doesn't fit tbi index.
Can you tell me if there is any chance that let vcflib supports csi?
Thanks,
Maxine
