vcfhethomratio does not accept stdin as input #261

I tried to pipe into vcfhethomratio from vcffilter but it shows just a help message and then stops. Similar tool vcfhetcount works fine and is able to process the stream.

Installed version 1.0.0_rc1 from bioconda.

Try vcffilter .... | vcfhethomratio /dev/stdin > outfile

It works that way. But implicit stdin would be more convenient.
