Operating System: MacOS 10.16.6
Vagrant Version: 2.2.7
Virtual Box Version: 6.1.12

The mailcatcher can't receive mail when sending multi-byte characters.
The mailcatcher can receive mail when sending single-byte characters.

I've tried the following versions

mailcatcher 0.7.1 / PHP 7.0.26 / WordPress 5.5
mailcatcher 0.7.0 / PHP 7.0.26 / WordPress 5.5
